FAQ's and Spa Policies
Professionalism
All therapists are licensed in their specialty. Our spa services are completely performed on a stricty
professional level.
Appropriate Clothing
If you're coming in for a massage, remember to wear comfortable clothing that you can remove easily. Remember that oils and lotions used during the massage may transfer to clothing when you're getting
dressed, so avoid wearing those silks!
Reservations
Spa treatments or services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card or gift card is required when making a
reservation.
Spa Arrival
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment so that you are able to check in at the spa reception desk. Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on the time scheduled and the full service treatment fee will be charged.
Gratuity
For your conveniences, a 20% gratuity will be applied to all spa services including spa packages.
Additional gratuities are appreciated but not required.
Cancellation policy
If you must make a cancellation, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations received within 24 hours prior to your treatment or a No-Show will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total value of the treatment or service.
Loss or Damage
Please do not bring valuables to the spa, as we cannot secure these items, and will not be responsible for them.
